i used her for a second mediation, during a divorce in which my spouse made over four times more than my yearly income. He was clearly hiding assets and we could prove it. She was very lackadaisical, not firm at all, and in the end proved to be extremly biased. She put no pressure on me to settle an...d apparently even less on him. then she has no problem asking me for 1,000$ check when my ex's owes over 10k in back child support. i hope she has a great christmas, because my children will not this year...BEWARE if she is assigned as your mediator.
