Tuve una gran experiencia con la firma Iacona Law. Todo empezo con una consulta con la Dra Yasenia en donde le expuse mi caso y ella me conto que posibilidades tenia y cual era el camino a seguir. Pude apreciar durante esa charla que ella habla con conocimiento de causa y que es muy honesta con resp...ecto a las expectativas reales segun el caso. Cosa que valoro porque no queria perder el tiempo. Luego de iniciar el proceso encontre una firma bastante organizada que cuenta con personal suficiente y bien calificado para atender el caso. Te guian durante todo el proceso de principio a fin. Mi caso fue asignado a Luisa Penagos que siempre se mostro muy diligente y supo explicarme como conseguir la evidencia necesaria. En mi caso opte por un visado de interes nacional, el cual salio en un tiempo record de alrededor de 2 meses despues de someter la aplicacion.

My wife and I had our first call with Yesenia Iacona in 2023. At that time, I was unaware of many details about the EB2 NIW Visa. My work and professional development grew exponentially then and in the following year, 2024. Although due to financial reasons, I was unable to start the process before (...I can attest that the Firm has interest-free financing plans, which helps a lot). We are very close to submitting it to USCIS in 2025 and I hope everything goes well, because to date, communication with the Case Manager (Luisa P) has been fluid and she has clarified my doubts at all times. To date, I have not spoken to Dr. Iacona again, only at that first appointment (I suppose it has not been necessary due to Luisa's good work). I trust that the doctor (along with her team) are giving 1000% in my case and together we will achieve a new approval for the firm (and help a new family to legally immigrate to the US).
