My commercial practice also involves both transactional and litigation matters. I represent clients in in forming and operating various business entities and in buying and selling businesses. My commercial litigation practice encompasses a broad range of commercial issues such as shareholder disputes, contract claims, collections, fiduciary duty claims, and other business torts.

I am board certified in real estate by the Florida Bar. My real estate practice is very diverse and includes both transactional matters and real estate litigation. I regularly represent buyers, sellers, and lenders in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. I also represent landlords and tenants in leasing transactions and in landlord / tenant litigation.

I help clients effectuate their estate planning goals by preparing wills and various types of trusts. I also advise clients regarding living wills and durable powers of attorneys.

My law partner and I handle probate administration in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. We represent personal representatives, beneficiaries, and creditors in estate proceedings. We also represent parties in probate litigation cases.
