I had what I thought would have been a very simple divorce. I thought it would have been uncontested. But my now ex-wife would not let it be simple. Her attorney was pushing hard so I would have minimal timesharing and was trying to impute a substantial amount of income to me. I had initially con...sulted with Mr. Gibson but chose someone else recommended by a co-worker. I did not believe my current attorney was looking out for me and I felt like he was pressuring me into agreeing to minimal timesharing and paying child support based upon an income I do not earn. I terminated him. I then went to Mr. Gibson. Mr. Gibson handled my case expertly. He was able to assess the situation and act accordingly. He came up with a strategy for handling the remainder of the case up to and including the trial and then set about executing that strategy in a systematic and methodical manner. His courtroom demeanor in hearings leading up to trial and his skill in questioning the witnesses and my wife during depositions was impressive. The trial ended up lasting three days. His thoroughness and ability in questioning the witnesses and handling the evidence was amazing. He was extremely persuasive and insightful in his statements to the judge. He was able to see through the sleight of hand put on by my ex-wife's attorney and, most importantly, guide the judge into seeing through it as well. When the judge ruled in my favor, I was ecstatic and relieved. In my opinion, Mr. Gibson is the complete package as an attorney: knowledgeable, insightful, practical, analytical and persuasive. I was glad to go back to him and use his skills, best decision I made. I would definitely recommend Mr. Gibson and will use his services again in the future if the need comes up.

I went in to Mr. Gibson's office couple of months ago as a last hope to attempt to correct a major mistake in a most recent order on my CS modification. I had interviewed several other attorney's prior to Mr. Gibson, but choose him for his honesty, professionalism, and most importantly, his willingne...ss to work with me throughout what has been an almost 4 year nightmare for me. Mr. Gibson understood every aspect of my case and was diligent in his services provided to me. The outcome went in my favor and in addition, I have retained him yet again for my relocation case against my ex spouse. I have no doubt that Mr. Gibson will come through for me again and save me even more money and better yet, less stress!!!!! I will strongly recommend Mr. Gibson to friends and family and hope others will use Mr. Gibson to represent them as well!!!!!

I have nothing to say positive. It took this man four months to file my divorce because neither he nor his assistant knew how to e-file with Broward county. My emails and calls went unanswered 90% of the time. I had to e-mail the same documents repeatedly. I pointed out grammatical errors in document...s he produced. From filing time, it took another eleven months until my divorce was finalized. In the final hearing he did nothing to plead my side with the judge. NOTHING. And prior to the hearing he did not prepare me at ALL. You would think he'd have given me a heads up on what he would ask during the hearing or show me the documents I would be reviewing during. He did neither. Then drawing up the final decree took him a month. Huge waste of money as I've had to hire another attorney to attempt to amend the divorce decree. Perhaps the most despicable aspect of this later was a complete lack of professionalism.
