Jason Alan Kapit

A former securities trader and practicing attorney, Jason is a now a full time luxury real estate agent. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, EASL (Entertainment and Sports Law Association) and has ranked in the Top 1/2 of 1% of ALL Realtors nationally for the past 10 years. He is also the founder of "The Bee", a consulting firm that mentors real estate agents through personaized coaching.

• In 2015, significant sales included a dramatic up-tick in the posh community of Landmark Ranch Estates, with a $3.6M sale, two new spec-starts and two Lot sales. 
• In 2016, he sold two spec homes in Sunshine Ranches and was engaged to sell 4 others for Aventura-based developer, Marson Development. He completed a seven figure sale in Davie's Grand Oaks, finalized a $3.6M waterfont sale in Las Olas Isles and continued to build a dominant presence throughout Broward County.
• As 2017 continues, The Jason Kapit Group has successfully sold numerous homes throughout Broward, boasting multi-million dollar sales in Davie Planation and Southwest Ranches. Residing in Southwest Ranches, Jason has been married to Mindy (a pre-law teacher at American Heritage School in Plantation) for 19 years. They have two children. He grew up in Hollywood, attended Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood Hills High School, ultimately graduating from the University of Florida and Mississippi College School of Law.
