This attorney was disbarred for financial mismanagement of clients accounts(stealing), not communicating with clients and not attending a hearing regarding the investigation into those issues. If you call the Florida bar you can still access that information to verify and even find it online if you l...ook deep enough you can get the case. It seems like this attorney may be buying Google Reviews for his practice as they are also very suspicious. As a previous client I wish I knew this information beforehand as it cost me dearly.

the following statements are my personal opinion: he is a terrible lawyer!!!!!! and a terrible human being!! he lost his license before! he helps aid my sons dad in framing me for my sons dads crimes ....in court .. david scott has helped and is helping my sons dad get away with disobeying laws b...y lying to the courts and the police and helping my sons dad frame me for crimes my sons dad and his gang have done. david scott lies all the time in court and slanders me and he writes orders up that the judges never said in court and because i’m pro s.e. the judges just sign anything he writes. he’s nasty and has zero guts he even called my dad once and said my dad had just called him when my dad didn’t call him at all we think he’s bonkers. he came and videotaped me at my first court ordered custody exchange intimidating me and acting in a way he should not he makes the court battle personal and acts as if he is the client it’s sickening i just tested positive for covid so he asked me for a photo of my test and i sent it immediately so he had the judge sign an order within a day june 3,2022 that my son is to get on the plane to go to his dads house in nc on sunday june 5,2022 he doesn’t care about other humans on this planet and is risking the lives of the entire airport and the population as a whole by allowing the spread of covid to happen after i told him my son and i were isolating as the cdc directed to do so for a minimum of five days he totally ignored my positive covid tests after i sent them and just sent a copy of the signed order if this doesn’t speak for the type of person he is i don’t know what will this lawyer has tried to intimidate me with many legal threats and fake witness lists stay strong this man has zero power he works with this therapist that is also incompetent and unable to schedule appointments both of them shouldn’t have their licenses anymore it’s really dissgraceful the therapists name is jerome washington also david’s paralegals are incompetent told them several times i only use one email for court they continuously send the email i told them repeatedly to not contact messages all the time
