David W. Brill graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 1989 and the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, in 1992. David is a former Assistant State Attorney for the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County, Florida (1992–1995). David is licensed to practice in Florida, in both State and Federal Courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Memberships: Florida Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Florida Justice Association, United District Court for the Northern District of Florida, United District Court for the Southern District of Florida, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
