John “JP” Goshgarian, is a native South Floridian, having strong ties to the local community and legal profession. JP obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Thomas Univeristy in 1986 and Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1992.

JP was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992 and had the privilege of serving as law clerk to the Honorable James Lawrence King, United States District Court Judge, Southern District of Florida. For several years JP served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Florida Office of Attorney General in its civil litigation division where he represented the interest of the State of Florida, its agencies, and employees including. Following his service as a government lawyer, JP Goshgarian entered private practice as a civil trial lawyer representing a diverse clientel in both state and federal court.

Excellent Lawyer
Thank you JP for your help and compassion. Mr. Goshgarian's easy going personality made me comfortable to talk to him. I was in a car colission and required his service. My personal/family lawyer for more than 10 years.
In Small Claims Court Mr. Goshgarian was successful in recouping monies I had thought lost to Interstate fraud. The recovery required the garnishing of wages out-of-state. I required his services in pursuit of a serious personal injury claim. My ultimate success was due to his sound legal advice. He wrote a revocable trust document for me. I live in a foreign country and my situation presents significant legal challenges. He succeeded in protecting the interests of my family where the "trust experts" had failed. I have found Mr. Goshgarian's counsel absolutely indispensable.

At Those Times You Need Help
From time to time, as much as I try to avoid it, legal advice/counsel is needed. John Patrick has demonstrated a keen knowledge of the law, professionalism, prompt responsiveness, an easy going demeanor that makes him very easy to talk with, and fair billing. While I wish I never needed a lawyer, kind of the same way I feel about the dentist, when I do need help, I turn to John Patrick first.

TELEMARKETING LAW SUITE
OUR COMPANY WAS BEING SUED FOR SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR ROBO CALLING A BUSINESS CELL PHONE. HE GUIDED ME ALONG ON HOW AND WHY WE SHOULD TRY AND SETTLE THIS CASE WITHOUT GOING TO COURT. HIS GUIDANCE LET ME SETTLE THE CASE FOR JUST A FEW DOLLARS WITHOUT ANY OTHER ATTORNEY FEES.
