Natalie Suzanne Kay

Natalie Kay is a Fort Lauderdale based family law attorney, Partner and Business Unit Leader of Kelley Kronenberg's Family and Matrimonial Law practice. For more than sixteen years, she has represented clients throughout South Florida, Broward County, Miami-Dade County, and Palm Beach County, in divorce, the division of significant wealth, and disputes over children. Natalie is equally experienced on the other side of these disputes, defending parents against unfounded or weaponized allegations of mental illness, or abuse, where an accurate and measured presentation to the court is essential to preserving the parent-child relationship.

When a child’s safety is at risk, in cases involving domestic violence, substance abuse, parental alienation, or a parent’s refusal to follow court orders, Natalie litigates firmly to protect the child and secure the relief the circumstances require. Her child custody practice includes initial parenting plan determinations, contested time-sharing trials, parental relocation, modification of existing parenting plans, enforcement and contempt proceedings, and matters involving guardians ad litem, psychological and psychiatric evaluations, social investigations, and reunification therapy.

Natalie’s practice extends across the full range of Florida family law, including contested and uncontested divorce, alimony, time-sharing and parenting plans, child custody and child support, paternity actions, parental relocation, step-parent adoptions, name change, post-judgment modification and enforcement, alimony modification, alimony termination, and also domestic violence injunctions.
