I called Ms Horowitz seeking assistance with a difficult traffic ticket problem. You see, my son drives a probably-too-powerful car and has, shall we say, an ill-advised fondness for testing its limits. He'd just earned his third ticket in less than 18 months, and to make matters worse, he's under 25... y.o. He was in danger of losing his license and/or his insurance, and we needed serious help. Ms. Horowitz was immediately responsive to our needs. She took my call straightaway and arranged to meet with us within days.
