Douglas Bradford Kniskern

Douglas Kniskern was hired to settle my father's estate for a flat fee of $15,000. He made several significant errors, including one that was MAJOR, and then billed me an additional $10,000 to "investigate" and "fix" his own mistakes! He made several threats to charge me even more if I didn't release... him from liability for his multiple screw-ups. It's taken 11 years to undo the legal and financial disaster he left me with. He is well-known in in South Florida for over-billing clients and for extremely unethical business practices. He should be disbarred.
