I would not recommend this law firm. Communication has been extremely poor throughout my experience. Phone calls and emails regularly go unanswered, and getting an update on my case has been nearly impossible. Once the fee was paid, I felt like I became nothing more than a case number. Even when I... identified myself by name, it often seemed like they had no idea who I was or any familiarity with my case. The lack of responsiveness and personal attention was very disappointing. If you value clear communication, timely updates, and a legal team that treats you like a person rather than just another file, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
