Mitchell J. Nowack, Esq. is one of the most experienced Bankruptcy Attorney in South Florida. Mitchell graduated from the University of Miami Law School in 1996 after earning his economics degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1993. In 1997, Mitchell took his first law job as a bankruptcy attorney at a small boutique creditor’s rights firm in Coral Gables. In 2001, Mitchell opened his own firm and began representing individuals needing personal and business bankruptcy relief all over South Florida. In 2012, when the Southern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court created a panel of a few local consumer bankruptcy attorneys to help create and develop the Court’s Loan Modification Mediation (LMM) program, Mitchell was a part of the team of lawyers that helped the Court enact this very successful mortgage loan modification program.

Excellent Bankruptcy Lawyer
He took on my case back in September 2009. Everything was done in a professional manner with a lot of attention paid to the details of my case. I was concerned about filing for Chapter 13, but after going through this procedure with him I must say that it was a pleasure letting him handle my case.
