Biography
Cam F. Justice, an Ohio native and graduate of The Ohio State University, earned his J.D. cum laude from Nova Southeastern University (top 5% of his class) and served as Associate Editor of the International Law Review. After gaining trial experience defending insurers and corporations in South Florida, he shifted to plaintiff advocacy and founded Justice Law in 1999, building a boutique practice driven by referrals and client trust. He has secured tens of millions in recoveries in areas including medical malpractice, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, defective products and devices, pharmaceutical litigation, and mass torts and class actions. Notable matters include metal‑on‑metal hip implant litigation, a national class action versus Paradise Grills, co‑lead counsel roles in the West Park exploding home cases against AmeriGas, and leadership in lithium‑ion battery explosion litigation.
