Assisting families and individuals in estate and probate matters, including guardianships, for more than 36 years in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties. Apart from drafting wills, trusts and representing clients in probate administration, I zealously represent clients in will contests and estate litigation to make sure clients are not cheated out of their inheritance and receive the inherirance they are entitled to.

Representing clients on criminal and traffic matters, including serious felony charges, misdemeanor, dui and criminal traffic offenses, for more than 36 years in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Counties. My goal is for my clients to avoid a criminal conviction and whenever possible expunge or seal client's criminal history. I vigorously defend my clients to ensure they receive the best possible outcome when they are charged with a criminal or traffic offense.

Representing individuals in family matters including divorce, paternity, child custody and child support in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties for more than 36 years. My goal is to provide proactive, effective and economical representation and whenever possible resolve complex family matters through dispute resolution without protracted litigation. When necessary, I vigorously pursue the rights of my clients through the litigation process in order to achieve the best possible outcome.
