Behalf of myself and my husband i would like to say thank you to Robert Pascal! My immigration case was one of the most difficult. Unfortunately i had a bad experience with few other atterneys in the past, and i lost a hope that i ever receive my permanent status. One step from being deported. I cannot recommend Robert Pascal highly enough!!!!! I just received notification from the Department of Homeland Security that my Green Card application has been processed and approved. Robert and his office made my application feel so easy and took all the stress and worry away. He always advised m...e what to do and what documents would be required. Something that I had been worrying over for a long time, passed by without any problems thanks to Robert’s excellent work. From my first phone conversation with Robert and his office, right up to my immigration interview last week, I have had nothing but confidence and trust in his work. Every email I sent was replied to within minutes and every phone call was answered or replied to almost instantly. I had called three other Immigration Lawyers along with Robert in the Fort Lauderdale area before choosing one, neither of the other lawyers portrayed the professional and friendly manner I got from Robert and his office from day one. Just to mention, two of those “other lawyers” never replied to any of my initial phone calls, one office I had called three times. Though he worked on our case... while I was living in a different state he was very good at communicating weather through email, phone or mail he would always notify us of any updates or changes during the Immigration process.
