I have known Atty. Robert Pascal for quite sometime now due to the fact that I have had to many citations that i have lost count. My Last couple citations which were 3 in total in one sitiing, 1) for speeding, 65 in a 35 zone, 2) No Seat Belt, 3) Driving with a suspended Licence... I don't know how A...
