Randolph Wayne Adams

I hired Randy Adams a personal injury attorney who I knew for over 25 years to represent me vs a chain store. Adams was hired a year after the accident. Adams waited 4 years to file the demand, he asked for fifteen thousand, he knew the operation was over hundred thousand. Adams wouldn't provide any... of the doctors a letter of protection and ruined my credit with medical bills. Adams had the case 4 years and never did discoveries or deposition, he lied to me saying he had a deposiiton with a witness. Adams wanted to me to accept 10% of cost of the operation and collect his fees from it. Adams was fired 5 years later, there are plenty of evidence of malicious activities between him and defendant's attorney. Adams filed a lien on my case, he didn't want to provide an itemized bill. When he was told the amount of the settlement Adams asked 100 % of the settlement amount. Adams didn't work the settlement offer, I did it myself by writting to the CFO of the chain store.
