I was not impressed with Paul and his ability to handle would should have been a simple divorce. He is arrogant, lacks empathy, and does not follow through on his motions. He also did not ask crucial questions during mediation, which I strongly believe affected my case. His immediate response was, l...et's go to trial, and talk numbers, with no attempts to negotiate my request with the opposing party. I wasted a lot of money and time and unfortunately none of my concerns were addressed. I would not recommend him to anyone let alone a single mother with children. I think Paul is a nice guy, but a bit arrogant. When we brought him our case, he told us he would get it thrown out and sounded EXTREMELY confident, and said that he was going to crush the officer for her lies while she was on the stand. He did not. She even completely changed her story while test...ifying, and he didnt even ask her why what she was now saying was not in the report that she filed. He simply did not ask the crucial questions that he needed to. How could I know what should have been asked but wasnt but he did not. And he never even brought up the fact that she did not follow several Florida Statutes. 9 months and $$$ wasted.
