He is judgmental and got too emotionally involved in my case as he was admonished in our court appointed Mediation Hearing. He made so many missteps, gave me such poor advice, was unaware of many ethical laws & rules that I was encouraged by the Mediator, a retired Judge, to sue for malpractice. It only confirmed what I already knew -not to trust someone who prayed before a hearing - I want an attorney who knows what he's doing and has confidence in himself - who doesn't need to "pray" for a good outcome.
