Since 1998, Anthony Rumore has represented clients' legal needs with an emphasis on Real Estate Law, General Commercial Law, and Transactions. Anthony Rumore holds a law degree (juris doctorate) with distinction from South Texas College of Law (1997). He is admitted to the Florida Bar and the Federal Southern District of Florida. During his legal career, he has served as legal counsel for widely varying types of business enterprises including commercial and financial organizations, transportation service organizations, businesses involved in medical services, aviation, fine art, security, technology, mortgage lending, title insurance as well as many petroleum, restaurant, retail and hospitality ventures. Anthony Rumore has provided counsel for and has structured hundreds of commercial transactions and has guided numerous clients through the acquisition or sale of many types of business enterprises and assets.
