I rate Phil 5 stars because he was an attentive lawyer. He provided me all my options and great advice. While dealing with my difficult legal situation he was able to be a reliable person to turn to. I would call him and if he was unavailable (very seldom) I would always get a call right back. That k...ind of attention is priceless. His office staff is friendly and family oriented. I highly recommend him. He will keep you informed every step of the way and provide honest responsible legal advice.
