BACKGROUND/FORMER MIAMI-DADE PROSECUTOR

Mark Eiglarsh was born and raised in Miami. He graduated from the University of Florida, with honors, acquiring a Bachelors of Science degree in Telecommunication (Radio and Television Production). He earned his law degree from Loyola School of Law, in New Orleans, where he earned a scholarship by competing on the Moot Court National Team.

After graduation, he served as a Miami-Dade County Prosecutor from 1992-1996. He has been involved in numerous "high-profile" matters throughout his career, including cases involving one of Madonna's alleged stalkers; former University of Miami Football Star Rohan Marley, the son of Reggae Legend Bob Marley; two juveniles charged with shooting and killing a German tourist; and Yusimil Herrera, a former abused foster child accused in the beating death of her 3 year old daughter.

Great lawyer!

I have never met one that takes such personal interest on your case as Mark does. He is always available via phone or email. experienced and confident representation

Strongly recommend Mr. Eiglarsh 100 times

Please excuse any exaggeration I might have towards Mark Eiglarsh and his staff, but words cannot express how grateful I am towards Mr. Eiglarsh. I was facing one of the darkest moments of my life. A couple of family members tried to harm me with false accusations and I faced very steep legal trouble...s. Fortunately, other members of my family came together and reached out to Mr. Eiglarsh. My first meeting with Mark, he was like a knight in white armor, a light in the midst of darkness. He worked diligently to fight for the truth, and made sure that the truth prevailed in the courtroom. Mr. Eiglarsh's team worked tirelessly to make sure that all paperwork, files, and court proceedings were complete in a timely manner. He worked to get the judge to see things in our perspective, and clearly communicated to my family and I everything that was happening. He even took precious time from one of his days, to draft court documents that fought for the truth. Of the short time, I have known Mr. Eiglarsh, him and his team will have a lasting impact on my life. The words "you will know the truth, and the truth shall set you free" has a stronger meaning in my life now more than ever. There was no one who fought for the truth more than Mr. Eiglarsh. If you are reading this Mr. Eiglarsh, if you're reading this, if there were 7 stars on this rating I would not hesitate giving you those two additional stars.
