Mark Eiglarsh was born and raised in Miami. He graduated from the University of Florida, with honors, acquiring a Bachelors of Science degree in Telecommunication (Radio and Television Production). He earned his law degree from Loyola School of Law, in New Orleans, where he earned a scholarship by competing on the Moot Court National Team.

After graduation, he served as a Miami-Dade County Prosecutor from 1992-1996. He has been involved in numerous "high-profile" matters throughout his career, including cases involving one of Madonna's alleged stalkers; former University of Miami Football Star Rohan Marley, the son of Reggae Legend Bob Marley; two juveniles charged with shooting and killing a German tourist; and Yusimil Herrera, a former abused foster child accused in the beating death of her 3 year old daughter.

G.O.A.T. ! Legal Genius among mere mortals!! Stop looking! Call him! There is no other! For me, I needed an attorney that cared. Mark handled my case like we were family. He is honest, sincere and answered every question and responded quickly every single time I texted or called him. He was humble e...nough to recognize my participation when writing the Motion was crucial to being successful with the outcome of my case. Best Lawyer and Person you’ll find.

Wow, where do I begin... because “begin” again is exactly what I get to do now and it’s all because of Mark’s persistence, diligence and dedication to my case. Sometimes in life we come across a very special person who has the power to change our life in ways that we couldn’t imagine. Mark Eiglarsh i...s that guy! I am thoroughly convinced that he has God on his side and that he was blessed with a divine gift from above. My story: After being a “felon” fugitive, essentially on the Lam for 12 years, I was faced with the possibility of being extradited back to Florida on what was originally a 5 year mandatory minimum opioid case. Leaving the state of Florida in 2009 while on house arrest and unintentionally absconding from my probation for approximately 12 years (which is a violation in itself obviously) was quite possibly one of the gravest mistakes I had made in my adolescent thinking process. Being “scared” to face my past or return to Broward County FL wasn’t even the word to describe my deepest fear. So when Mark called to tell me that after his tireless efforts, the prosecutor had offered me thirty days in jail or two years probation over a crime that was once considered a five year Mandatory minimum, I was absolutely thrilled because for the first time in 12 years, I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. I told Mark with excitement in my voice, “ACCEPT the deal and I’ll gladly come turn myself in....” But Mark wasn’t happy with that offer and he said “NOOOO... LET ME FIGHT HARDER FOR YOU... I’m going to get better results, I just know it.” So he convinced me to let him do more work. Which is highly unusual for a career law professional. Most rarely return phone calls in a timely fashion or have the confidence it takes to make their client feel at ease. Well guess what? Mr. Eiglarsh does both. Not only does he answer ever call, he fights with confidence and passion. He loves helping others and his mind is super powerful. Call it metaphysical, spiritual, God power, Laws of the Universe or “The Secret,” but Mark knows it and has the ability to manifest his reality. The best part is he can teach you to do the same. (Just check out his book, Be Happy By Choice.) To conclude this long winded review, Mark called me this past Friday to inform me that after his latest go round with my prosecutor, she had agreed to totally close out my case and withhold adjudication, meaning I will not have a felony on my record. Yes that’s correct. I’m still in shock, asking myself if I’m dreaming and hesitant to get excited. Is this too good to be true? He settled my entire case without me returning to Florida which was another blessing all together since it would have been difficult to leave my business/work in New York City. Mark Eiglarsh exceeded my expectations and put my mind at ease throughout this entire process. He treated me like a family member and will always have a special place in my heart. So if you’ve previously or presently made a big mistake or maybe you’re innocent, then hire Mark because if you don’t that could be your second biggest mistake. We are all well aware that FREEDOM IS PRICELESS. A very well earned thank you to Mrs. Yani Antelo who is a very sweet special lady as well!

Best criminal attorney in Miami

I hired Mr. Eiglarsh a couple months ago to help me with a violation of probation. I found the firm on google and randomly called. I was in a desperate situation and had 1 hour to attain an attorney due to a warrant that had been issued for my arrest. I spoke to many attorneys that morning but I went... with Mark because of his confidence and they way he spoke. I was almost certain after consulting with other attorneys that I would be doing some sort of jail time being that this was my second violation for the same offense. At this point I was hoping for the least amount of jail time possible. Mark took the case at a reasonable fee. After a couple weeks consulting with the prosecutor who at first demanded 5-10 years jail time. In the end he got them to agree to no jail time! He’s a miracle worker. He’s team is extremely professional and are available night / day. He truly cares about his clients. Everything he said he could do he did it and more. I couldn’t be happier with his services. If your looking for someone to go above and beyond for you! This is your firm. Thanks again Mark for a job well done.
