Giovanni Nicosia

I received Mr. Nicosia's name from a business colleague several years ago, and worked with him on several real estate/business related legal procedures, on three different projects to be exact. Each time we finished with the legal proceeding, I had and still have the nagging feeling that he really w...as more "going through the motions" to get done with the legal work as quickly as possible and with the minimal amount of work involved, vs. working to represent me in a better than average manner. It had taken several calls to elicit any communication back from him, especially on my last legal proceeding, and in general just never seems to be that interested or responsive, perhaps because he is too busy or has too many cases going simultaneously? Of course he was always responsive in receiving his money up front before starting any work. After having worked with attorneys in several states over my 30 years in business, I really should have walked away sooner, and not returned to see if perhaps he was just having "a bad day"....I think it is more the way he wishes to practice law, and sadly is representative of the way many people view attorneys in general. Yet he seems to be thriving, so shame on me.
