totally crooked
Insanely overcharged. Would not return calls. Completely unresponsive. Costs inflated comparable to other firms.

Straley & Otto is extremely unprofessional
Billed for court apperances that did not occur, i.e. overbilling. Brought matter to their attention; which they corrected after original payment was made to avoid judgment. I have not been reimbursed for the overpayment. Their lawfirm is crooked. Read everything and calculate all costs with a fi...
