Joseph Scott Van de Bogart

Joseph is a colleague and friend whom I retained to represent me in a contentious and complex civil litigation matter. As a client who is also an attorney, I could not have been more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. Joseph has the unique ability to be a forceful advocate without al...ienating or angering opposing counsel or the judge, a feat not easily accomplished. He is thoughtful, confident, and creative approaching his cases with a calculated and well prepared methodology. I was a tough customer and even more so because hiring a friend can be tricky or a recipe for disaster.
