Uncontested Divorce - No children and No Court Appearance
I went on Google to look up any legitimate lawyer that does not over-charge for an Uncontested Divorce and offers a Flat Fee with a Lawyer Representation (No Children) and I found Attorney Arnie B Gruskin with their free 30 minute phone consultation and all of these information is found on their website, floridadivorce.com. It is really just $595 total attorney fee with ($225 as down payment to get started and then pay the rest of the balance to move forward with all of the paperwork.) Court Filing fees is $413 which is paid to them separately after all documents have been processed. Attorney Gruskin and his entire team is very knowledge, diligent, supportive and patiently communicated and guide me to help move things smoothly with the process of my uncontested divorce. The timing and the speed of the paperwork process really depends on the cooperation of your (ex). Both me and the (ex) have to completely be on the same page and mutual understanding and agreeable to every single thing on the paperwork with no issues. Attorney Gruskin have diligently answered all of my questions if not him then its his staff/team that creates a teamwork professional environment. My Uncontested Divorce was filed with the court on August 22,2022, and I received the signed Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage (Divorce) on September 15, 2022, I quickly went to Lee County Clerk of Court's website to order my E-Certified Official Record of my Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage (Divorce) for only $8. Thank You so much Attorney Gruskin and his whole team for assisting me and helping me with my Uncontested Divorce. Attorney Gruskin is TRUE to his word indeed! Worth every penny! Divorce Proceedings

Uncontested Divorce Lawyer, The Best!

Kind man with a lot of pacientace!
Me. Gruskin was very helpful. It took me over a year to get all my paper work together and finished. We drive for work so it takes me a while when I’m home to motivate. A man of his word.
I needed professional advice with regards to an uncontested divorce. I didnt know where to start from and after a Google search, Attorney Gruskins website seemed the most legitimate. I made an inquiry and he call back immediately. He explained the process and he was polite and professional. I called a couple of other places just to do my due deligence and i either got no feedback or i was answered by rude and impatient people. Naturally the choice was obvious. Through out the process he delivered on time, he gave feedback and responded promptly. Working with him made this process as painless as it could possibly be. Wasnt sure about this whole on line, no court appearance divorce at first but thought I would try it. So glad I did! Mr. Gruskin came through for me and handled everything like he said he would. Would definitely recommend going this route, was so simple.
