I got to ok ytd a loan modification but the bank stated that since she violated the loan mod agreement, they didn't want to honor it. From that point, I represented her in the Foreclosure case for those many years for free to try to resolve the problem. I have to fight summary judgment for this perso...n to say that I sat on this case is not true. I gave her advice on how to handle the situation if she can't make the loan mod payments. That is to consider a short sale.

After I came into some legal troubles. I went to several attorneys for help prior to signing up with this firm for no one wanted to help me.
