Professional. Fair price
Very good lawyer. I hired him to guided me in a Real Estate issue. A real estate broker-friend referred me to him. It is well known that if you pay your lawyer he will take care of you. I understood he did not have a magic wand to win or guarantee positive outcomes. Hard to find honest and fair price...

Beware
Hired to do a loan modification and di not handle well. They refused to return our phone calls and emails and inform us with what was going on. Just stalled the process eventually we lost money hiring The Arreaza law firm and are still facing problems with our mortgage.
