Alex Arreaza

I was put on probation for ten years. My attorney negotiated that I would be able to file for early termination at the half way point. My prior attorney filed for early termination but the court denied it. The state would not agree on it and they said they could deny this if they wanted. They court ...agreed with the state and denied the motion. This is not what I had negotiated and the state was not honoring the intended agreement. My lawyer said that I was correct but they were not going to give me anything . I spoke to ther lawyer and they agreed. I was going give up and leave it like that but I tried one more time with Alex Arreaza. I'm glad I did. He read the agreement and decided to challenge the state. He had to file several motions just to show that the state was acting in bad faith but after several motions we finally won and got the motion for early termination granted. I was losing confidence in the justice system but Alex showed me it still works if your lawyer is willing to fight for you. I'm glad I didn't give up and more I'm glad I found Alex. He is a great lawyer I would reconmend him to anyone.
