I got to ok ytd a loan modification but the bank stated that since she violated the loan mod agreement, they didn't want to honor it. From that point, I represented her in the Foreclosure case for those many years for free to try to resolve the problem. I have to fight summary judgment for this perso...n to say that I sat on this case is not true. I gave her advice on how to handle the situation if she can't make the loan mod payments. That is to consider a short sale.

Very good lawyer. I hired him to guided me in a Real Estate issue. A real estate broker-friend referred me to him. It is well known that if you pay your lawyer he will take care of you. I understood he did not have a magic wand to win or guarantee positive outcomes. Hard to find honest and fair price... attorney like him, so before you post something negative ask yourself if you paid your attorney and had communicated with him. Obvious, He is a private attorney not a public defender.

Alex has been handling my brother in laws case for over a year.
