David was born and raised in Miami. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University where he was given the American Jurisprudence Award and Book Award for best student in the study of Advanced Research and Writing. Prior to law school David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida.

weak lawer
He is the worst lawer i ever had he lacks common sense and lets the other lawers walk all over him. no lmodivation to complete a case drags on way to long .

Replied last June 09, 2015Not all cases end up with a positive result. This is life and the nature of the system. Obviously this was posted by a client who did not get a favorable or acceptable result. I take great exception with this review. I certainly do not lack common sense nor do I let other lawyers walk all over me. I am professional and treat other lawyers as I want to be treated while still being aggressive enough to maximize the recoveries of my clients. You will not find a more caring lawyer who makes it his obligation to be available to my clients 24/7 via my cell phone (305) 322-4395.
