I wanted to take the time and write a note to extend my appreciation and share my experiences having dealt with Attorney David Magram and his firm. After initially "hiring" another law firm (a much larger operation), (and bigger isn't always better) to represent the best interests in my mother's u...nfortunate injury case, we were left disappointed with the lack of good communication and representation for a reasonable outcome after just over a year. So we parted ways, and we were back to square one. We needed new representation. I asked around looking for a new qualified attorney and was referred to Attorney David Magram. After consulting with him, he examined and evaluated the injuries and the case, and with the findings we previously presented to the other firm and his professional expertise and demeanor he made it easy to understand the process of his working for us. We hired him to do his best for us and he was always available to answer any questions we had. Through his communications by phone whenever we called or by email, we can say we were very pleased with the way the case and settlement was handled. We appreciated his personal attention and favorable resolution for our situation in a relatively short period of time. As a professional myself, after speaking with several attorneys around town, I got the impression from the beginning and throughout the process that with David, we were being represented by a knowledgeable experienced, and considerate attorney focused on us, the clients. I wouldn't hesitate utilizing the legal services of David Magram again, or recommend others to him, should the need arise anytime in the future. I recognized and know that he makes himself available and I can count on his honest and professional expertise to guide me and represent my best interests.
