Amazing

When I say amazing I mean AWESOMELY AMAZING! She was very quick and she did not give up on my case like a different lawyer did and she helped me have the other people pay for the mediator which is phenomenal and got everything I needed out of this I really appreciate her and her efforts.

DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER

I say dont judge a book by it's cover because Brooke Perez is a beautiful soft spoken sweet person who really cares for her clients. Brooke knows the workers compensation laws like the back of her hand, even though they constanly changed, I did not see the real attorney side of Brooke until the first... deposition, and then as my case continued thru all of the depo's and mediations. I saw just how aggressive she is for her client's. after several depositions I thought I should settle, and was told by Brooke not to settle because i would be hurting myself in the long run. I was a private investigator for many years and i know how alot of workers comp. attorneys work. In general they want to settle to get the case closed. Not Brooke, she fought for me and i ended up with much more than I ever expected. I know for a fact that if you are filing a claim and need an attorney, you want brooke sitting next to you for every depo. mediation every step of the way. Like a prize fighter with the manager, the only difference is that Brooke is the prize fighter. Now food for thought, she even returns your phone calls.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
