IRS Tax Defense

I consulted with Larry Bishins on an IRS tax audit. He is very knowledgeable in tax law and procedures. He was able to successfully challenge unreasonable IRS tax positions and was able to negotiate a very favorable settlement.

Extremely Knowledgeable Tax and Business Layer

Mr. Bishins was presented with a very complex business transaction that had numerous tax implications. Mr. Bishins expertly explained all my alternatives and the nuances of each. With his guidance I was able to decide on the best approach for this transaction and Mr. Bishins completed all the necessa...ry documents in a very efficient and professional manner. I would certainly hire Mr. Bishins again for any future transactions.

Larry Bishins saved me Thousands$$$

I have been a client of Larry Bishins for years and he has always been friendly, professional, and competent. We went toe to toe with the IRS and following Larry's counsel and direction, we won. The IRS agent shared with me later that had I not had Larry Bishins as my attorney, I would have lost my c...ase costing me thousands of dollars in taxes and interest. When I inquired as to what the agent meant, he stated that Bishins knows more about the IRS code than most of the agents and the agents usually try to resolve the issue without court action.

Excellent tax attorney

I have used Attorney Larry Bishins for tax advice for both of my businesses for over 30 years. His knowledge of tax law and willingness and ability to due research have made him invaluable. I would strongly recommend Larry to anyone who has complicated tax issues.
