Kathryn Jean Jaconetti

I originally hired Kathy Jaconetti for my son who was arrested for domestic violence charge and cruelty to children charge for fighting with my wife while my step children were present. I was extremely embarrasses by my actions and felt I deserved whatever happened to me by the court. As it turn out.... Ms Jaconetti not only helped me not lose my entire life she spend many hours seeking a solution that was best for everyone. Today I am a mentor for other gentleman who have a history of violence with their spouses. Ms Jaconetti apparently went through severe trauma over the last few years but it in no way negates how she actually cared and didn't just take money n plead me out. She worked hard to seek the core of the problem. She represented people for at least 10 years and the few bad reviews sound like u have sour grapes and want someone to blame.

I hired Kathryn Jaconetti to handle 2 cases, one criminal and one concerning child support and visitation in another state. She began her work with many promises, and delivered absolutely nothing. When I questioned her about where we stood on the case concerning my grandchild, she began cursing me ...and she threatened to have me put into jail if I ever contacted her again. I cancelled the last check I had written to her and she proceeded to file an application for a criminal warrant in DeKalb Co for theft of services. The Judge threw the case out and admonished her that she knew better. Before she left the court room, she told me that she was not through with me yet. I was advised to file a complaint with the State Bar of Georgia, which I did. This procedure took over 2 years to come to completion, but I received a letter from the State Bar of Georgia October 15, 2012 in which the Supreme Court outlined the conditions of her disbarment for neglect and abandonment. She was ordered to be psychologically evaluated, and to pay back 8 clients and she could not be reinstated for 3 years.

She talks a good game but when it came down to it I paid $7000 for her to put in an entry of apperance as my attorney, then got me a bench warrant. Shortly there after she withdrew from my case and still has yet to give my file to my new attorney. I will say she is definitly good at what she does whi...ch is scam people out of thousands of dollars.

This women said that she could handle my case for a certain amount of money and get the job done, as soon as she recieved my check, she went on vacation for several weeks at the time when my court case was at its most crucial, when she came back, not only did she not return any phone calls but she ju...st left me hanging not knowing what her plans where or what she had done or was planning on doing, then she dropped the case and kept the money.
