Complete Disaster
I hired Kathy Jaconetti for a criminal case and it was a disaster. She charged me an enormous amount of money and never showed up for my court date. I ended up hiring another attorney.

STAY AWAY
Kathyrn did a child custody case for me and I ended up losing my child. She charged way too much money, never returned my calls, was always on vacation, and literally screamed at me over the phone. I went to see another lawyer after her and my child was returned to my custody. stay away

bad work ethic
She talks a good game but when it came down to it I paid $7000 for her to put in an entry of apperance as my attorney, then got me a bench warrant. Shortly there after she withdrew from my case and still has yet to give my file to my new attorney. I will say she is definitly good at what she does whi...

In Atlanta Kathy knows people! That is the key. She is very well networked and knowledgeable in her field. She is one of the best people/lawyers I have met in a long time. She breezed through three cases that I gave her. She won all three for me. I would definitely recommend Kathy!!
