Best experience

Javier and his assistants went the extra mile for me and my claim. The company tried to give us the run a around but Javier and his experience was more than they could handle. I appreciate everything him and Mrs Shirley did for me.

SEEN better days

In Jun 2019 while working in Iraq I had an injury to my head that ultimately caused me to lose my sight. The initial worker's comp claim was denied. After two (2) long years, Javier's relentless pursuit of the right thing for me ...resulted in a settlement that will take care of me and my family. He is passionate about his work and truly cares for people. His encouragement to stay positive helped my wife and I through this new journey we're on. Best lawyer ever!!!

I am very grateful for the help I always received from Javier Ruiz and his legal assistant Shirley Palacios. They have been working with me for about two years and they have always exceeded my expectations because they are both very capable and knowledgeable in their profession. Any time I needed the...m they were always available to help quickly and with a high level of professionalism. I am forever grateful to them for all of their hard work on my case. Thanks for the Work

I filed a DBA claim and from the time I filed till I started getting bi-weekly payments was about 72 days. The Settlement process took about 15 months to agree to out of court compensation and a check for settlement received.

He basically held my hand through this entire process. He went through Great lengths to make sure I had everything I needed over the last year and even got me a nice settlement so I can build for my family im forever grateful for his help.
