Javier Ruiz is the first attorney I contacted pertaining to a Workers Compensation (BDA) injury. He and his staff were very productive, professional and provided excellent feedback and communication. I would recommend and refer anyone to him. There we things injured workers have no clue of fairness ...and all of their entitlements. However, once I had my initial FREE consultation. I immediately retained him for representation ( which was the best choice and decision I made during this horrible experience i was having wi the insurance carrier). Upon Javier acceptance he immediately noticed several flaws and errors which the average person is not aware of. My case however never went to trial. Everything was settled through a successful mediation process with better results originally expected. On a scale of 1 through 10 the likelihood of me calling Javier for future representation would be a "10".

Absolutely Amazing!! Not only was I impressed with his professional courtesy and willingness to give "free" advice to my immediate interests/needs, he also was willing to refer another attorney closer to my home/city to assist. I was so impressed that I decided to have him represent me himself. It's ...now been about 2 days and he's going full throttle on my case. What a relief as I was about to give up, having called, emailed so many others and even sat down with an "investigator", each time was quick, non-productive and disappointing as it seemed like they were trying to sell me a car or something and not really listening to me explain my situation in full. They had pretty much made decisions of "quick MMI" settlements which didn't even come close to addressing my losses, needs or concerns. Very pleased thus far to say the least....
