Pros:- he is direct -At times answered our questions pertaining to options not directly pertaining to the case but related Cons:- difficult personality to work with, too abrasive and rude at times. He actually discouraged our doctor from testifying by pushing him too hard. We had to convince the do...ctor to change his mind. -poor communication and follow up. It took weeks at times to get a response. Many questions were left unanswered until much later and many times it was too late. -Poor coordination with staff. Assistants had difficulty answering questions and submitting things on time. Fast turnover on staff. Staff changed 3 times during the process and they were never on the same page as the attorney. -Laziness in a sense, failed to acquire expert witness and relied on us to do so. Disappointing since that is assumed to be a major part of his job. -Didn’t put in much effort with preparation which ultimately resulted in judge dismissing the case. Be cautious before you decide to hire. It’s nothing personal but we feel that many of the things he lacked are super important to the success of a case. I’ve worked with other lawyers in the past and had none of the issues I’ve stated above.

Absolutely Amazing!! Not only was I impressed with his professional courtesy and willingness to give "free" advice to my immediate interests/needs, he also was willing to refer another attorney closer to my home/city to assist. I was so impressed that I decided to have him represent me himself. It's ...now been about 2 days and he's going full throttle on my case. What a relief as I was about to give up, having called, emailed so many others and even sat down with an "investigator", each time was quick, non-productive and disappointing as it seemed like they were trying to sell me a car or something and not really listening to me explain my situation in full.
