Angela R. Neave

Angela built her career around a simple belief: family law should be practiced with both strength and compassion. Her understanding of divorce began early, and later, as a single mother who secured full custody of her daughter, she saw how profoundly family court outcomes can affect a child and a parent. That experience led her to pivot careers and pursue the legal training needed to advocate for others. While parenting full time, Angela completed a demanding five-year academic path, earning a Philosophy degree from UCLA and a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law. She later moved to South Florida and opened Neave Family Law, where her practice is shaped by a client-first mindset and clear, practical counsel. Angela is an accomplished litigator with experience across all types of family law disputes, and she is especially known for handling high-conflict custody cases and intricate property division issues. She is also trained in collaborative divorce and serves as a guardian ad litem in both pro bono and appointed roles. Angela regularly shares her knowledge through bar association seminars and panels.
