When you pay several thousand dollars for a service you expect to be informed and for the staff to be helpful and friendly, this is NOT the case with this firm. After the consult which we agreed to pay and gave our information to Ms Madden we had difficulty reaching her to get information that was ne...cessary. Once the paperwork is filed do not expect any help from her regarding anything. We have issues with information either not being provided to the trustee or incorrect information forwarded, in which we were told we had to straighten out. Unless you want to pay somebody to simply file the paperwork and no other services provided I would seek another attorney.
