Because of Matthew and his persistent actions in the transaction, the seller was responsible for the repairs. This was a savings of $8000 on my end in future repairs. When the two real estate agents walked off the job after they were guaranteed commission Matthew was there. He provided services at the close and the level of quality was incredible.
