Time as well as effort consumed and exhausted me in my search for the answer to a question I had regarding employers and the forms of compensation the employer can legally afford those persons they employ. Although I had a very strong belief I was correct that an employer was not permitted to pay em...ployees less than minimum wage and not pay overtime at time and a half I was constantly denied a strate forward answer when questioning law firms and requesting help to recover what I was certain were wages I had earned. Many of the so called"top" law firms I presented my issue to were nothing short of afraid to contest my issue against such a large corporation. I was beginning to believe that maybe i was wrong, maybe there was no David for the Goliath I was faced with, that was until I happened across Paul and his team of incredibly bright, talented, and more important gutsy attorneys. For the first time in years someone really listened to what I thought was an incredible injustice being visited upon the hard working women and men of this multi million dollar "Goliath". It took weeks of talking with the firm's attorneys and weeks of research by Paul and his office before they agreed to give me the legal help I desperately sought for years. In the end after a very lengthy federal trial Paul and the outstanding group of attorneys at his firm slayed the hell out of Goliath!!! Thanks for believing in the forgotten few but more important having the balls to fight the Goliaths of this world.
