I have known Neale Poller for over 40 years….he is both a friend and a highly respected legal colleague…he has also been my personal attorney for many years. I hired Neale Poller by way of a recommendation from a close friend who had hired him multiple times for various legal needs over the years. My friend who recommended him is very particular and successful and has never steered me wrong. This referral was no exception. Neale is down to earth and ea...sy to speak with... and he listens. He analyzed the information, put together a plan, discussed it fully with me, then proceeded with drafting the necessary documents. He methodically walked me/us through the legal process calmly, as he has done this many times over his career. We were successful in convincing an insurance company to cover a claim they tried vigorously to weasel their way out of. Neale would hear nothing of it! He was persistent and professional and kept his cool. I was so very impressed, which is something that so few attorneys have moved me in that way. Finally, I must add that his billing practices were fair such that I never felt the need to question them... which is pretty much unheard of in this industry.
