Biography
Justin Weinstein, the Founding Partner of Weinstein Legal Team Personal Injury & Criminal Defense Lawyers, earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012. Since establishing his practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL, in 2016, he has expanded the firm with offices in West Palm Beach, Orlando, and, most recently, Naples.
Justin Weinstein's legal journey includes serving as an associate attorney for four years at two South Florida Personal Injury law firms, where he honed his litigation skills, including personal injury protection claims. He also gained experience through a judicial internship with Judge Andrew L. Siegel during his initial year of law school.
More recently, Mr. Weinstein was recognized as the "Best Lawyer in Fort Lauderdale" for 2025 by Fort Lauderdale Magazine. This is the second year in a row that Weinstein has received this honor. In addition, Weinstein Legal Team also received the silver award for "Best Law Firm in Fort Lauderdale" for 2025.

Unbelievable attention to detail & result oriented
