Biography
Robert Bruce McCausland is a 1995 graduate of the University of Maryland, and clerked for the United States Attorney's Office, while attending law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Mr. McCausland has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1998, and a member of the Texas Bar since 2009. Mr. McCausland is licensed and practices in numerous state, federal, circuit, and district court systems in Florida and Texas. Mr. McCausland counsels the Firm's Clients in business torts, contract actions, construction related matters, and commercial landlord/tenant actions. Mr. McCausland also has many years of experience representing insureds and insurers in the defense of premise liability, personal injury, commercial property damage, product defect cases, and various insurance coverage-related issues.
When not advocating for his Clients, Mr. McCausland spends his time playing with his 3 children, and training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
