I was sued by a debt collector and didn't know what to do. I called several law firms before calling Thomas. All the other lawyers wanted to be paid upfront to represent me, tried to rush me off the phone, and didn't seem to care about what I had to say. When I called Thomas, it was completely di...fferent. Right away, Thomas listened to my situation, helped me understand it, and answered all my questions. Thomas then said he could represent me and I wouldn't have to pay him anything because the debt collector was going to pay his bill! Evadently, the lawsuit filed by the debt collector was illegal, something none of the other law firms I called noticed, and because of this, Thomas could make the debt collector pay his attorney fees - which he did! Thomas had the lawsuit filed against me dismissed, sued the debt collector for the collection letter it sent me, and made the debt collector pay off my debt - all without me having to pay anything out of pocket. I was amazed and so thankful that I called him!
