Rina attended The Ohio State University from which she graduated in 2005 with a dual degree of Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Russian Language and Literature. Rina pursued her education further with a Master of International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Upon completion of the MIBA program, Rina attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center from which she graduate in 2013 and passed the bar several months later.
Rina was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, a former republic of the U.S.S.R., where she lived until her family immigrated to the United States, specifically, to Columbus, Ohio.
